Justyne became my trainer as well as training my horse Pork Chop in Jan/Feb of 2010. Pork Chop came off the track as a racehorse and a pony horse and needed additional training so he could become a trail horse. Justyne did a great job training both me and my horse...he's great on the trail as well as riding in the arena! I would highly recommend Justyne as your trainer/instructor. The only reason I'm still not with her is because we moved but maybe someday we will be back!! Justyne started with my daughter last winter, helping her with our paint. Amy had only been seriously riding a year, and was not progressing with her previous instructor. Our horse Cody was taking advantage of Amy, as she was somewhat timid with him. The lessons with Justyne helped my daughter overcome her fear and gave her a lot of confidence. Justyne was the first instructor that Amy really listened and looked up to. I would highly recommend her, as she is very knowledgeable and has a good rapport with children.

I first called Justyne when the woman who had started training my three year old moved to Maryland. I was worried that I would never find another trainer that would be as kind and understanding as her. From the very first lesson with Justyne I was relieved. Her lessons were exactly what my young horse and I needed. She understood that he was young and immature and her techniques have really helped both of us to grow as a horse and rider should. Justyne has an innate sense of what a horse needs to perform well and she has brought out the best in my "baby". Big Red just turned four this year and through our weekly lessons with Justyne I have been able to change his awkward stride into a balanced and pleasurable ride. While there is still work that needs to be done, I feel confident that with Justyne guiding me I can have the horse I always wanted.

Having lessons with Justyne is fun and I am learning so much in just a couple of months with her. I would not want anyone but Justyne to work with. She is a great teacher and I am still looking forward to learning alot more with her. Moreover, I love that she is willing to take the time to help me with a school project I am doing about working with horses. Justyne is a wonderful person as well as instructor.
